Can my pet fly? Free pet travel readiness check
Quick answer
Your pet can travel once the route's rules are met in the right order: an ISO microchip, a rabies vaccination given after the chip and old enough to count, a titre test with its waiting period where the destination asks for one, and a health certificate issued in its window before arrival. Answer a few questions and we work out the earliest date for your route from our verified entry rules.
How this tool works
We take the entry and export rules for your route from the Pet Holiday Club rules base — the same rules our document check and checklists use — and apply your answers to them: the waiting period after a rabies vaccination, the gap before a titre blood sample and the wait after it, minimum ages, advance notifications and certificate windows. Where a rule states its waiting period only in words we read it from the rule; where a rule says nothing, we use the standard period and mark the date as an estimate. Nothing is stored about you or your pet.
Rules base last updated 28 September 2026. Screening tool, not legal or veterinary advice.
Questions people ask
No. It is a screening tool built on our verified rules. Airlines and border officials make the final decision, and your documents must match what you told us. To check the documents themselves, upload them to the free document check.
