Most pet travel goes wrong in the gap between a rule and a date: the rabies shot given a week too late, the health certificate issued a day outside its window, the airline form nobody mentioned. The concierge closes that gap for you — and tells you at the outset if your flight is sooner than the rules allow.
Two ways to work with us
Both include the whole documentation chain, not a subscription to an app. Prices are per pet for a single trip, per household for the year.

A concierge booking is a service engagement, not a subscription: you are billed once, and we confirm scope and route feasibility in writing before taking payment. If your route turns out to be impossible inside your dates, we say so and you pay nothing.
The schedule is built backwards from your flight
Most failures are not a forgotten document — they are a document done in the wrong order.
Microchip and rabies vaccination
The chip must be implanted BEFORE the rabies shot — otherwise the vaccination has to be repeated. Order matters more than speed here.
Titre blood sampling
No earlier than 30 days after vaccination. The three-month wait runs from the SAMPLING date, not from the result date — this is where trips most often fall apart.
Import permit and carrier forms
Applications to the destination authority, carrier forms, booking the animal onto the flight, confirming the transport channel.
Health certificate
Issued inside a narrow window and, for some destinations, endorsed afterwards by a government service. Too early is not allowed; too late is invalid.
Final review
Every document is re-read against the same rules the border will apply. One file with everything, on your phone.
This timeline is typical of routes that require titre testing. Yours may be gentler (inside the EU on a pet passport) or harsher (quarantine on arrival). The first thing we do is work this timeline out for your actual dates and tell you whether you fit inside it. If you do not, we say so straight away and take no payment.
How a booking runs
Three stages. You are told what happens at each one, and what we need from you before it can start.

Route review
You send the route, the dates, the animal and whatever documents already exist. We check the destination's requirements against your timeline and tell you whether it is achievable — before any money changes hands.

The plan
A dated sequence: which appointment, which document, which deadline, in which order. Your vet gets a brief written for a clinician, not a leaflet. Airline channel and crate rules are confirmed with the carrier.

Verification
Each document is re-read as it comes back signed, against the same rules the border will apply. Seventy-two hours before departure you get a final review and a single file with everything in it.
What a concierge cannot do
Anyone who does not tell you this before you pay is selling you something else.
Issue your certificate
Only a licensed vet can issue a health certificate, and many destinations then require a government endorsement. We prepare everything around that appointment; we do not sign anything.
Overrule a border officer
The entry decision belongs to the destination authority and the airline. We make the documents match the published requirements — the ruling is still theirs.
Compress a waiting period
A titre test has a mandatory wait measured in months in some countries. If your date does not fit, no service can shorten it, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Questions people ask before booking
The free checker reads the documents you already have and tells you what is missing. The concierge does the work that follows: building the timeline backwards from your flight date, telling your vet exactly which certificate to issue and when, filling in the airline and destination forms, and re-checking every document once it comes back signed.
