Not by us, not by the airlines. Every rating here comes from someone who put an animal on that aircraft and told us what happened — in the cabin, in the hold, at the desk. Free to read, free to add yours, and no airline can pay to change it.

How this stays honest
A rating anyone can game is worth nothing, so here is exactly what stands between a review and this page.
A confirmed address
Every review is emailed a one-click confirmation link. Nothing is published from an address that never confirmed — which is most of what automated submissions produce.
A human moderator
Someone reads every review before it appears. We edit out employee names, reject abuse, and leave the substance of a complaint intact — including when it is about a carrier we work with.
One review per person, per airline
Reviewing the same airline again replaces your earlier review rather than stacking a second vote on top of it.
Questions
Anyone who has flown an animal on that airline. You do not need an account. We email you a one-click link to confirm the address is real, a moderator reads the review, and then it is published under the name you chose.
